Besides the initial heritage of the Jose Rebelo do Xingu Environment Foundation, as shown in the statute, the financial structure will be represented by contributions received through the adoption of forest specimens by private individuals and companies, NGOs, commercial institutions among others which neither damage nor conflict with the objectives of the foundation or its Statutes.
The operational procedures will be along the following lines:
a. Certification of each specimen, showing both its common and scientific name: Location of the specimen on the plan and the main characteristics: Name and other qualifications of the sponsor: Validity of the certificate, which will follow the model shown at the annexe:
b. The certificates will be valid for one (01), three (03) and five (05) years;
c. The fees charged for the adoption will be (for each tree adopted):
