ACCESSION CONTRACT

DISCRETE CONTRACT OF ACCESSION TO THE BASIC PARTNERSHIP, SERVICES AND SUNDRIES CONTRACT PERTAINING TO THE PROJECT "ADOPT TREES" AS SPECIFIED HEREUNDER.

Through the present document, and in light of best legal practice, the contracting parties herein listed and specified accede, to all legal effects and purposes, to the clauses and provisions established in the basic contract or in the Standard contract, whereby is implemented the project "ADOPT TREES" by the GRANTING PARTY, FUNDAÇÃO AMBIENTAL JOSÉ REBELO DO XINGÚ, under which provisions here stipulated, the parties accept, grant and pledge to comply to:

FIRST CLAUSE - ON THE CONTRACTING PARTIES:

GRANTING PARTNER: FUNDAÇÃO AMBIENTAL JOSÉ REBELO DO XINGÚ, a non-profit legal entity of private law with head office located at Rua Marechal Assunção, s/n°, sala 01, Bairro Centro, in the Municipal District of Senador José Porfírio, Pará State, registered in the CNPJ under the number 04.535.691/0001-89, represented legally hereby by LUIZ REBELO NETO, Brazilian, married, economist, residing at Trav. Angustura, 3269, apt° 1001, Bairro Marco, in Belém, State of Pará, CPF 012.692.322-15 and I.D. number 2353814 SSP/PA;

ACCEEDING PARTNER:

SECOND CLAUSE: (name of acceding partner)

THE ACCEEDING PARTNER declares, for all legal effects and purposes, that has full and precise knowledge of all terms and conditions provided in the basic contract of the "ADOPT TREES" project, and that accepts those stipulations as if they were transcribed in this ACCESSION CONTRACT.

And for deeming them fair, agreed upon and settled by formal agreement, the contracting parties subscribe the present accession contract in three exact copies and with a single purpose.
